HUD deactivations

 

If you'd like to deactivate a HUD you puchased from HUSNG.com, fill out the form below by following the steps 1 to 4.

 

  1. Fill out your HUSNG.com username in box 1
  2. Go to "help" and "about" in PokerTracker 4 and fill in the 6 digit code and email address in boxes 2 and 3
  3. Select all versions of each HUD you want removed.
    – for spinhud 2016 versions, email spinhud@husng.com separately
  4. Fill out the captcha code and hit submit

Your HUDs will usually be deactivated within 48 hours.
